Please read the following carefully during your busy schedule   

一、Timing and venue of exhibitors'announcement:

◎ Reporting and Registration of Exhibitors:

Exhibitor's certificate and other relevant information can be obtained at the Exhibitor Registration Office outside the entrance of the pavilion.

Please go to the site management office at the entrance for consultation.

二、Exhibitors report required materials:

1. Exhibitors should bring copies of the booth lease contract and two personal business cards when they register.

2. Exhibitors need to pay all the exhibition fees before they can check in. If payment has been made but no invoice has been received, please show a copy of the remittance certificate.

 三、Content of Exhibitors'Announcement

1. Receive the entrance badge, chest card envelope and tape of the exhibitors.

2. Receive relevant information about the exhibition.

3. Answer and solve all questions related to the exhibition.

四、 Overtime application:

If you (or your contractor) need to apply for overtime work, please notify the Exhibition Site Management Office before 16:00 every day and go through the overtime formalities in the Exhibition Hall Customer Service Center.

From 17:00 to 22:00, the overtime cost is 100 yuan per hour below 50 square meters of booth area and 200 yuan per hour within 50-100 square meters of booth area.

Standards over 100 square meters and so on. After 22:00, the booth area is 150 yuan per hour below 50 square meters and 300 yuan per hour within 50-100 square meters. Please note the change announcement of live broadcasting.

五、Special booth:
The design drawings (including detailed dimension drawings, booth plan drawings, detailed list of materials and related calculation data) of the special exhibition booth must be examined or reviewed by Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. (the main contractor of the conference). Carpets should be laid on the floor to protect the special booth during the exhibition period.

六、Construction deposit:

If the contractor designated by the exhibitor is not the contractor designated by the General Assembly, a refundable construction deposit shall be paid to the contractor designated by the General Assembly at the rate of each

The exhibition stand is RMB 2,000 yuan.

After receiving the construction deposit and confirming that the exhibition hall has received the construction management fee, the designated contractor of the exhibition hall will collect the fee according to the standard of 30 yuan per contractor and issue the construction certificate.

All staff who build the booth must wear construction certificates when they work in the exhibition hall.

七、 Standard booth

When the standard booth is posted on the exhibition board, please try to use transparent tape or suspension. Do not use sticky materials to paste.

The staff of the organizing committee have been allocated to the exhibitors according to the standard, and the home contractors have prepared more tables and chairs for rent. Specific price please go to the conference to designate contractor service

Information desk consultation. For you and others to participate in the exhibition smoothly, please do not take from other people's booth, thank you for your cooperation!

The power consumption of each standard booth shall not exceed 300 watts. If there is overload, please go to the designated contractor's service desk for power consumption formalities.

 八、 personal effects

During the exhibition, there are many mobile people. Exhibitors must strengthen their awareness of anti-theft. Please take good care of your booth, exhibits and personal items during the exhibition period.

九、 clean

The organizers will clean the pavilion corridors, public areas and standard booths. The contractors designated by you should be responsible for the cleaning of the special booths.

 十、 smoke

Smoking is prohibited in the exhibition hall.

 十一、Noise control

The sound produced by all kinds of audio equipment shall not exceed 70 decibels.
